My Japanese friend will be coming to Singapore. She said that she would like to try Paper Wrapped Chicken, and she gave me a clue ‘Hillman’, I have no clue where it is. Also, she will be staying in Hilton Hotel. I was wondering where is the closest place to her hotel where I could get her the dish? Can anyone help?

Where are the cheapest place to shop and eat in singapore?
I have a male friend who is ill and I happen to be his closest friend whom he talk to on almost anything (I’m female & both of us are not attached but we are not dating). I wanted to cheer him up and show my concern & moral/emotional support each time he shares/talks to me about his cancer. He does not want to talk where there are too many people around – big crowd will freak him out. Is there any decent place (NOT too upscale, please) – eating place (coffee house with local food would be nice) or any place where he and I can just sit back and listen to music? Besides Esplanade, Boat/Clarke Quay & One Fullerton, is there a place at Harbour Front or Vivo City where we can chill out at an outdoor view?
Thank you!
ps: I am not Singaporean, he is, but most times he just could not figure where to go or what to do.

Good Places To Eat in Singapore?
Hopefully something cheap & areas in the central. Western, Chinese or Japanese.
I really want to have something typically Singaporean, be it Malay, Chinese or Indian.
