Cater a variety of meats, bbq chicken wings, bacon, prawns, sausages, rissoles, steaks and chicken kababs. Have varied side dishes like baked potato, pasta salad, vegies like corn, beetroot, peas, bbq’ed corn etc. Buns/bread, tossed salad. With all these different side dishes, it accommodates for vegetarians as well.

I have gone to a BBQ food party like this before. First, all the drinks were canned soda and they were in a huge basket/bucket on ice. There was garlic breads that were made on the grill. We ate sausage, steaks, hot dogs, pork tenderloin (grills nicely) and other meats like this. There was bowls of chips and pretzels with a variety of dips around. You can make veggie trays and fruit trays. Also the common salads like potato, pasta, chef would be good. You could make baked potatoes and have a potato bar with cheeses, bacon bits, salsa, sour cream, etc. Make veggies like corn on the cob, grilled asparagus, etc.

    GOOD LUCK

why not try to do a half / half… cook half on your own and order half with bbq food catering .. BBQ sausages/steaks and perhaps oven some chicken pieces or grill fish inside your house, so when all the meat is done all the food can come out nice and hot… Plenty of salads can also be made up the night before… preparation is the key… plan how many people and how much food you will need, and what should be cooked first (as it will take the longest) etc.

My friend & I planned this small gathering at my place with a budget constraint. I searched online for some bbq stuff but all are quite expensive. If buy in ntuc, quite troublesome and not really nice. So we googled and saw this site http://www.bbqwholesale.com and found this package. I’m so happy it fits our budget. It’s quite complete including the marinated meat items, veggies, rice, dessert, disposable utensils, packet drinks, charcoal, wiremesh, etc. I have everything I need!!! I just booked in advance and paid online then they delivered to my place. Great service! Next time I have an event I know what to do already.

I suggest you try BBQ Wholesale. They have tasty chicken wings, satay, sambal stingray and not to mention their new item the yakitori honey glaze. This is my new favorite!

My friends and I attended the 987 BBQ Booze & Babes event at Sentosa last June 18 and had a chance to try the marinated barbecue food. It was so good specially everything is freshly grilled. I love the satay, chicken wings & mini sausages! My friends and I just keep on coming back for more. Though I might say there’s a very long queue before we can get to the barbecue food. hahaha! worth the wait! Hope they will have another event sponsored by them.

Will surely order from them for my next barbecue event. Highly recommended!
