Where to have steamboat buffet in singapore?

i want to bring my family to a steamboat buffet in the afternoon. i don’t want A la Carte and of course the place must have air-con.the price must range from $15-$22 nett and if you know such places in Singapore, please tell me.

Whenever I’m in Chinatown, I’ll stop by here. The desserts are good and consistent.
Must-try:
1. Mango sago pomelo ($3.50) – Always fresh, well-chilled, the mango puree is thick and creamy, and the mango cubes chunky!
2. Black sesame paste ($2.50) – Their paste are very smooth and silky, fragrant, not too sweet.
3. The carrot and pumpkin cake is extremely good. Freshly steamed, it is served piping hot.
