How to cook chicken baked rice?

How to cook chicken baked rice like those serve in the restaurant? Any recipe to share with me. Thanks!

    a really yummy quick way is to brown chicken breast in olive oil salt pepper to taste of course. use minute rice for ease… pour desired amount of rice in casserole mix in poultry season garlic powder tarragon or sage if handy and pepper (wait on salt in case broth is salty) put chicken on top pour equal amount of chicken broth to rice over everything… bake @ 350 until rice is done this will very depending on your oven, sprinkle with cheese of choice and green onions bake just until cheese is melted. add a can of your fav cream of … soup if you want

    This is such a good recipe…and one that is easy to put together. I hope it is what you are looking for.

    INGREDIENTS
    1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup (or chicken soup)
    1 cup water
    1 cup uncooked white rice
    1 (4.5 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
    1 pinch garlic powder
    ground black pepper to taste
    1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
    8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
    DIRECTIONS
    Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
    In a large bowl combine the mushroom soup, celery soup, water, rice, mushrooms, garlic powder and black pepper. Mix all together. Pour mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish and spread on bottom.
    Lay chicken pieces over soup mixture and sprinkle dry onion soup mix over all. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink inside.

    note: you can also add frozen peas at the end if you want and a little cheddar cheese or crushed potato chips or bread crumbs. sooo good! enjoy

    Chicken Baked Rice

    Ingredients:
    1/2 cup butter or margarine
    1/2 cup chopped onions
    3 tablespoons chicken bouillon powder
    Salt and pepper, to taste
    1 dash poultry seasoning, to taste
    1 cup chopped celery
    1 cup raw rice
    2 cups boiling water

    Directions:

    Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Add onions, celery, and rice and saute until rice is light golden brown. In separate bowl, mix soup mix, salt and pepper, and poultry seasoning with boiling water.

    Pour rice mixture in a casserole dish and pour soup mixture over. DO NOT STIR TOGETHER. Cover and bake at 350 for 45 minutes or till liquid is absorbed. Remove from oven and mix before serving.
